One more part Trevor? Based on what you've written, my guess is Brody got Ryan's old body, Ryan is now Fred, and Fred is going to wind up in Brody's teenage body. That would be quite a shock to go from a bearish married father of three to a presumably not bad looking teenage boy with strict parents.
